Sheryl Novak is the founder and president of Inspired Concierge Group. With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and concierge industry, Sheryl has spent her career creating meaningful, high-touch experiences that make a lasting impact.​

Her dedication to the profession led her to lead an award-winning chapter of a national concierge association and earn induction into the Chicago Concierge Hall of Fame.
Today, Sheryl brings her passion for service and her ability to connect people and opportunities to every Inspired Concierge Group partnership.

Kim Murray
Kim Murray is an experienced Corporate Concierge with a strong history in Houston’s hospitality community. She is skilled in event planning, customer service, marketing, and strategic planning, bringing both creativity and precision to her work. With a heart for service and a focus on excellence, Kim carefully vets and manages all vendors serving Inspired Concierge Group’s clients, ensuring the highest quality experiences.

Inspired Travel by Design
Holly Hauser
Growing up in a small town in upstate NY with parents who had summers off, she was afforded the opportunity to start traveling at a young age. It created a thirst to explore new cultures and adventures all over the world.
Holly has over 25 years in the travel industry including managing a travel agency in Boston’s financial district,
flying for Northwest Airlines, and representing one of the largest tour and cruise lines in the world.​ She has traveled extensively to India, Chile, France, Ireland, China, England, Italy, Holland, Germany, Costa Rica, all fifty states in the U.S. and many Caribbean
islands. Highlights of her travels include walking on the Great Wall of China; dipping her fingers into Rome’s Trevi Fountain; sitting in the same spot where Princess Diana sat at the Taj Mahal; seeing lions from one hundred feet away while on safari; and experiencing the Grand Canyon by stunt plane.
Holly’s daily mantra is J.R.R. Tolkien’s ethos that “all who wander are not lost.”
