About Us
The Inspired Concierge Group was designed by Chicago concierge and business owner, Sheryl Novak.
While running her first company, Concierge & Event Services Worldwide, Inc., Sheryl led an award winning chapter of a national concierge association. Her many awards during her 10 year tenure include being inducted in the Chicago Concierge Hall of Fame in 2011.
Sheryl saw a need to expand the services provided by her company and the association and Inspired Concierge Group was born.
Together with a select group of hospitality professionals with over 40 years of experience in hotel, corporate, commercial real estate and residential environments, the Inspired Concierge Group will manage the details of your personal or professional request quickly and beyond your expectations. We will support your goals to find and keep quality clients, guests, employees, tenants and residents.
